Jane Seymour, 62, shows off bikini body on magazine cover

"Since October 2013 I have been a client of Ana Lobe's, learning the Gyrotonic Method. The experience has been both exciting and challenging. Ana is an amazing instructor who has patience, enthusiasm, and a high level of knowledge about physical fitness and the Gyrotonic Method. She has encouraged me to reach new levels of flexibility and strength. Working with Ana and the Gyrotonic Method has also increased my agility and balance. Ana has been able to direct my training to focus on lengthening the body and realignment of a very right-handed body. As an active person in my mid-fifties, it has been a pleasure to work with an instructor who is so passionate about maintaining a healthy body as I get older. "

"I started GYROTONIC® in 1996-98; it was a revelation as to the benefits my body experienced.  I started again with Ana Lobe in 2011.  Since I was no longer teaching dance full-time, I needed to revive my strength, flexibility, and coordination.

GYROTONIC®  has done more for me than Yoga and Pilates; it has also aligned my spine and taken away aches and pains.  It has given me better upper body strength, more than working with weights.

I call GYROTONIC® the "Magic Machine Method"!  Ana Lobe is a superb teacher; her knowledge of how the body moves is the advantage of this complete workout."

Jane Seymour isn't being shy. She's proudly posing in a bikini for the cover of Closer Weekly . The actress, 62, tells the mag — on newsstands now: "God, I'm in better shape now in some ways than I was when I was doing the Bond film." Seymour starred in 1973's Live and Let Die. And what's her secret? "I don't do major fasts or work out crazily every day." The 5-foot-3 former dancer spends an hour three days a week doing a combination of spinning, light weights, and Gyrotonics, a machine-based method that blends stretching and strengthening exercises. She also plays tennis, golf, and swims, and if she's on the road, power walks and does push-ups. "I just want to be as healthy as I can be for as long as I can," she tells Closer. As for her eating habits, "No diets here," she insists, noting that she hovers around 115 pounds. "I hate to deny myself things. If I have pasta, I'll just eat half of it." She says she won't do Botox. Instead, to protect her skin, she says, "I always wear a hat when I'm out in the sun. I drink a lot of water, and my skin is at its best when I've had sleep." She adds, "I hope I can inspire people!"
